Overwhelmed by Life? - There is Always Hope

You're Not AloneYou're Not AloneAre you feeling the pressures of life right now? We want you to know that you're not alone and it is not hopeless. We've been there, too. Our athletes have experienced just about every curveball life can throw from cancer to financial struggles; career-altering accidents to difficult family life; addictions to depression, we understand.

And we're here to tell you the truth: there is always hope.

Hope. Sometimes it can be the hardest thing to hold onto, but it can also be the most powerful force for change in our lives. Whether we are professional athletes, company CEO's, nurses on staff, kids in school, teens just learning to drive or a stay at home parent, sometimes we just feel weighed down.

But we don't have to go through it alone.

As athletes we know what it is like to have a support system helping us become our best. Coaches, trainers, nutritionists, family, friends, teammates, sponsors, sports psychologists and more. The most successful athletes are the ones who learn to rely on those who will lift them to greater heights.

Life is just like that. To become our best selves, oftentimes we need to rely on others to assist us and this is especially true when we're feeling depressed, alone, or "stuck." Realizing that we need support does not make us weak; rather, it makes us strong. Saying, "I need help" is one of the most courageous and amazing things we can ever realize. When we reach out to those who love, support and want to help us, we choose to become the victor over our struggles in life. Champions know that its ok to struggle and its ok to ask for help.

If you are struggling in life right now, please visit our Resources page to find the support you need to become the champion we know you are. You are not alone. There is always help. There is always hope.
